Located south of Camp Pendleton and west of Vista is Oceanside.  Oceanside is the northern limit of San Diego County.  Oceanside is home to the largest Colonial Spanish Mission in the State of California.  Modern day Oceanside was founded in the mid 19th century by Andrew Jackson Myers and the current Oceanside City Hall sits upon the site of the original homestead.

Since the establishment of the Camp Pendleton in 1942, Oceanside has served as a bedroom community for the​ armed forces.   The housing stock in Oceanside consists of primarily single family homes, however some multifamily apartments and also condominiums are available in Oceanside.  Our property management services are available for all residential properties in Oceanside.
