Located west of Rancho Bernardo and east of Rancho Santa Fe is 4S Ranch.   4S Ranch was acquired in 1938 by Albert G. Ralphs of the Ralphs family, owners of the southern California grocery chain.  The southernmost portion of the property was developed by the Ralphs family in the early 1980s.

Today, 4S Ranch is home to over 45,000 full-time residents.  Housing in 4S Ranch consists predominantly of single family residences built after 1980.  Our property management services are available in 4S Ranch.
